We may disclose certain categories of personal information identified above to advertising networks, analytics providers, measurement partners, product brands, suppliers, and media partners.

Under some State Privacy Laws, these activities may qualify as the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information or processing for "targeted advertising."

Any such information is used only for permitted operational purposes, including transaction processing, security, fraud prevention, and delivering requested services.

We do not use sensitive personal information to develop profiles or infer personal characteristics about consumers.

If our practices change, we will revise this Notice and implement any legally required privacy controls.

5. Information Retention

We maintain personal information for the period reasonably necessary to support the purposes identified in this Notice and our main Privacy Policy.

We are implementing automated support for browser-based privacy preference signals.

Until this functionality becomes available, consumers may submit opt-out requests through the contact methods listed in Section 7.

We will honor qualifying requests concerning the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising in accordance with applicable State Privacy Laws.

Verification procedures may include comparing information supplied with records already maintained by our business. Additional details may be requested when reasonably necessary to confirm identity and prevent unauthorized disclosure.

Opt-out requests generally do not require identity verification, although we may decline a request when there is a reasonable basis to believe it is fraudulent.

Authorized Representatives

You may appoint an authorized individual or representative to exercise eligible privacy rights on your behalf.

Where permitted by law, we may request documentation establishing the representative's authority, such as written authorization or a valid power of attorney. We may also request verification directly from the consumer.

If we deny your privacy request, residents of states providing an appeal right may challenge our decision.

Appeals may be submitted by responding to our original decision or emailing help@wapaofertas.tv with the subject line "Privacy Request Appeal."

We will review and respond within the period established by applicable law, generally between 45 and 60 days.

If your appeal is denied, we will provide information about any available options for contacting the appropriate state Attorney General or regulatory authority.

Our Services are designed for general audiences and are not intended specifically for children under the age of 16.

We do not knowingly collect, sell, or share personal information belonging to individuals under 16 years of age.

We have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing personal information associated with consumers in this age group.

If we become aware that such information has been collected or disclosed improperly, we will take appropriate corrective measures in accordance with applicable law.

11. De-Identified Information

We may create, receive, or use information that has been processed to prevent it from reasonably identifying or being associated with a particular individual.

When handling de-identified information, we implement appropriate measures intended to maintain its de-identified status.

We do not attempt to re-identify this information, except where legally permitted for purposes such as verifying the effectiveness of de-identification procedures.

Where applicable, we also require third parties receiving such information to maintain its de-identified status through appropriate contractual obligations.

12. Changes to This Notice & Contact Information

We may revise this U.S. State Privacy Notice to reflect changes in our business operations, data practices, services, or applicable privacy legislation.

The Effective Date at the beginning of this Notice identifies the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated where required by law, as described in our main Privacy Policy.
